1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Uncase. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Content You Share

When you post, upload, or otherwise submit content to Uncase, you:

• Retain ownership of your content.
• Grant Uncase a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, and share your content within the App and on our official social media channels for promotional and community purposes.
• Confirm you have the rights to share any content you post, including content originally posted on other platforms (e.g., Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube).

We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Acceptable Use

• Post no illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
• Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Do not use the App to spam, scam, or conduct fraudulent activity.
• Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our systems.

5. Intellectual Property

• All rights, titles, and interests in the App (excluding user-generated content) belong to Uncase or its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our written permission.
