• Device & Usage Data – IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, app usage data, and crash reports.
• Location Data – If enabled, we may collect your approximate or precise location to help you discover and share local events.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Operate and improve our App.
• Display your events and posts to other users.
• Share event content you post on Uncase to our official Uncase social media accounts (including, but not limited to, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook).
• Detect and prevent fraud or illegal activity.

• Analyze trends and usage for better user experience.

3. Your Content Rights & Our License

By posting or submitting content to Uncase, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and share that content:

• Within the Uncase App.
• On our official Uncase social media channels for promotional and community purposes.

This includes content originally posted by you on other platforms (such as Snapchat, Instagram, or YouTube) if you submit it to Uncase. You retain ownership of your content, but you allow us to use it as described above.

4. How We Share Information

• With Other Users: To enable interaction and content sharing within the App.
• With Service Providers: Who help us operate the App (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing).
• As Required by Law: To comply with legal requests or protect our rights.
• During a Business Transfer: If we merge, sell, or transfer assets, your data may be part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.
